Returns & Refunds:
Any Product with the exceptions of gas, electronic, special orders or electrical spares will be refunded as long as it's original condition and same packaging. Appliance Spares will provide a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling cost. Products may be returned within the 30 days of shipping. Returned items must be sent by the Customer's own courier. If a spare arrives damaged, customers must contact Appliance Spares within 7 days of having received the item and send pictures. Otherwise no refund will be given. All returns must have authorization number, which can be obtained by contacting Customer Support at [email protected]. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return. Please ensure your order number is clearly indicated on the outside of the package when returning an item.
